Mint Julep

• 4 to 5 mint sprigs, leaves only
• 2 sugar cubes (or 1/2oz simple syrup)
• 2 1/2oz bourbon whiskey

1. little sugar muddle leaves
2. add bourbon
3. pack with crushed ice and stir
4. pack with more crushed ice
