Dokku

- ssh into remote computer 
`dokku apps:create [appname]`
- local computer
`git remote add dokku dokku@192.168.86.38:[appname]`
`git push dokku [local branch]:master`

- Note that the subdomain proxy needs to be added to nginx reverse proxy manager.
