reworked Thumbnails.py to be used with IDV2 upload. In therory it can call the thumbnail.bat file to resize the uploaded PDF.

Added script and bat file to handle drag and dropped PDFs. Creates the thumbnails and moves the PDF.

Printing exception reasion. Updated path. Fixed issue with output file name. Added script to check if the PDF exists and adds it to a list if it doesn't.

Added exception logic. Records failed conversions into excel file. Now steps through excel file to get the PDF path and promail number. Also, copies and renames PDF.
