dan 0a8f8d3e1a Added some settings for cleaning dates. Added Testing feature which overrides notification schedule and sends notifcations every one minute. It also sends out the full feed/clean notifications. Set Timezone. Added notification logic.

Switched from sqlite to mysql database. Moved feeding frequency to the settings table. Got the alert checkboxes working correctly. Started to add update feed method and button to site.
